 Profile

A proven leader in budgeting, client relations, project management, theatrical and event execution, resource development, teamwork negotiations and recruitment.

I have a long track record of seeing the big picture and developing alternative solutions to problems or situations to improve results. One example is the Jack Morton PSP Program (Preferred Staging Partnership Program).   (Preferred Staging Partnership Program).  The PSP program resulted from my analysis of the method we utilized to negotiate and purchase staging services.  I developed the PSP program to increase the margins of individual jobs and competitiveness of those jobs.  The program is based on the simple premise of more work for a greater discount on the rental fees of Audio Visual equipment.  I negotiated increased discounts from all of the participating vendors.

The very successful program is designed to maximize the volume of work with strategic vendors and enjoys a very high (90 plus percent) compliance rate among Producers without mandating participation. The PSP Program has enjoyed such success that the executive management of the Jack Morton Company wants to investigate expanding it into other areas of business.

I started my career at Jack Morton with the inception of the Boston office whose first year revenue was

$2 million and now approaches $40 million.  I am proud of the fact that I have worked with every single JMC Office in the U.S. and I have experienced first hand the different DOP and Producer styles and procedures throughout the company.
